Solid Advice A great book to spark your interest in commercial real estate. Short and to the point. A few grammatical mistakes, but you do have to give the author credit for writing his own book (considering his profession is real estate and not a professional author). I appreciate and value the exercises provided by the author to train the reader to evaluate potential investments. I will definitely apply lessons learned from this book to future investments.
Good motivatorThis book is more motivational than practical hands on experience. The deal analysis examples and due diligence sections were really informative but the majority of the book was getting you excited about the idea of getting into commercial real estate.
This book helps wrap your head around the fact that commercial is possible as intimidating as it is it's doable.
Good InformationThe author puts out the information in an easy to understand way. No pipe dream promises or other nonsense. A good investment.
Quick read that covers the basicsVery easy and fairly entertaining read that gave a few thoughtful insights into the commercial investing world. I feel that I gained enough info to start doing my own research and basic analysis
